We are looking for an Assistant Manager with great customer service skills with flexible availability. Great employee discounts, first dibs at all our great daily arrivals, and flexible schedules are available. This is a full time position starting at $17 with bonus availability! The ideal candidate should have work experience in a leadership role in retail/ or a similar fast-paced, detail-oriented field. Job duties of this position will include promoting a high level of customer service by ensuring customers are assisted in an enthusiastic, timely, and knowledgeable manner. Manages and promotes daily store operations, including managing and promoting the business through the Non-Negotiable Standards, handles the day-to-day operations of the store, and strives for solutions and alternatives to better the business. Train and motivate staff to meet the sales goals and provide excellent customer service. Drive sales through the understanding of the business in regards to buying merchandise, selling merchandise, pricing merchandise, and overall store merchandising. Manage the store's visual appearance to ensure it is organized, clean, and meets all customer and brand expectations. Works side by side with the Store Manager and handles the same responsibilities. Applicants for this position MUST BE at least 18 Years. This is a full time/40 hour per week permanent position with a varied schedule.
