This role involves managing staff, overseeing inventory, maintaining excellent customer service, and driving sales performance to meet company goals. The ideal candidate will be hands-on, organized, and passionate about retail management and team leadership. Position Responsibilities Operational Management Oversee all aspects of store operations, including staffing, scheduling, and inventory control Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and operational standards Maintain a clean, organized, and customer-friendly store environment Team Leadership Supervise, train, and motivate staff to achieve sales targets and deliver excellent service Provide ongoing coaching and performance feedback Foster a positive, collaborative work culture that promotes growth and accountability Customer Service and Sales Ensure a superior customer experience through consistent service quality Handle escalated customer concerns professionally and efficiently Identify sales opportunities and implement strategies to improve store performance Financial Oversight Monitor sales trends and key performance indicators Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and expense management Manage cash handling and ensure accurate daily reconciliation Prerequisites Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field preferred 3-5 years of retail management experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Proficiency in POS systems and basic Microsoft Office applications Certifications (Preferred, but not Required) Retail Management or Customer Service Certification Leadership Development Training What the Role Offers Competitive salary of $70,000 Opportunities for professional growth and advancement Supportive and dynamic work environment Comprehensive benefits package Why Northbrook?
