Overview We are seeking a highly qualified and vigilant Site Supervisor to oversee daily operations at our facility site with emphasis on logistics and distribution centers. The ideal candidate will ensure safety, security, and operational efficiency across the site, maintaining compliance with all relevant regulations and standards. This role is essential in safeguarding personnel, client assets, and property while fostering a secure and productive environment. The Site Supervisor will lead a team of security personnel and coordinate with various departments to uphold the highest standards of safety, security, and logistics production.

•Must have required PERC license

•Responsibilities Supervise security staff to ensure effective coverage, adherence to protocols, and prompt response to incidents. Conduct regular site inspections to identify potential hazards, security breaches, or safety concerns. Coordinate with law enforcement agencies during investigations or emergencies. Manage conflict situations professionally, employing conflict management techniques to de-escalate disputes. Maintain accurate incident reports and documentation for security-related events. Requirements Proven experience in security management Familiarity with site safety protocols and emergency response procedures. Strong leadership skills with the ability to supervise and motivate a diverse team. Excellent communication skills for effective coordination with law enforcement and internal teams. Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and decisively under pressure. Prior experience working with security, and distribution centers.
