The Dispensary Manager will be responsible for managing all aspects of the dispensary, including inventory management, staff supervision, customer service, and compliance with state regulations. The ideal candidate will have previous retail management experience as a Manager and a strong understanding of the cannabis industry.

Duties:

• Manage day-to-day operations of the dispensary, including opening and closing procedures
• Ensure compliance with all state and local regulations governing the sale of cannabis products
• Oversee inventory management, including ordering, receiving, and tracking products
• Train and supervise dispensary staff, ensuring excellent customer service and product knowledge
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure efficient operations and adherence to regulations
• Maintain accurate records of all transactions, including sales, inventory, and cash handling
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns in a professional and timely manner
• Collaborate with vendors to negotiate pricing and maintain positive relationships
• Monitor sales trends and adjust inventory levels accordingly
• Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements

Experience:

• Previous experience in a retail management role is required
• Knowledge of cannabis products and the cannabis industry is preferred
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities
• Proficient in using point-of-sale (POS) systems for sales transactions
• Excellent math skills for cash handling and inventory management
• Experience managing payroll processes for staff members
• Ability to effectively communicate with customers, staff, and vendors
• Bilingual or multilingual skills are a plus
