Job Description
Millennium CNC Machining is seeking a dependable and motivated Machine Shop Helper to assist with daily shop operations. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a manufacturing environment and wants to learn more about CNC machining and machine shop operations. Responsibilities Light-duty material handling and moving parts throughout the shop Organizing tools, tooling, and shop supplies Assisting machinists with machine setups and tool loading Packing finished parts for shipment Receiving incoming materials and verifying deliveries Cleaning and maintaining a safe, organized work environment Performing light machine maintenance and preventive maintenance tasks Assisting with inventory organization and shop housekeeping Other general shop support duties as assigned Qualifications Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally Good organizational skills and attention to detail Basic mechanical aptitude preferred Previous manufacturing or machine shop experience is helpful but not required We Offer Competitive pay based on experience Stable full-time employment Opportunity to learn CNC machining and manufacturing processes Friendly team-oriented work environment
