We promote from within whenever possible Stable company with multiple locations and growth plans What You'll Do Help lead and develop a team of technicians and service advisors Build trust with customers and help them make informed decisions regarding vehicle repairs and maintenance Assist with daily shop operations, workflow management, scheduling, and dispatching Support team performance through coaching, accountability, and leadership Help maintain high standards for customer service, repair quality, professionalism, and shop appearance Assist in resolving customer concerns and ensuring positive outcomes Support the Store Manager in achieving sales, profitability, productivity, and customer satisfaction goals Foster a positive culture built on teamwork, professionalism, growth, and accountability What We're Looking For Automotive industry experience (Service Advisor, Lead Technician, Foreman, Assistant Manager, etc.) Strong communication and relationship-building skills Leadership ability and a willingness to coach and develop others Organized, dependable, and able to perform in a fast-paced environment Positive attitude and strong work ethic A desire to grow personally and professionally Someone who takes ownership and leads by example Compensation & Benefits Competitive compensation with performance-based bonus opportunities Health Insurance Dental Insurance 3%
