The Assistant Manager position will lead overall membership experience for our clients, as well as: Working as a team player to help grow the member base of the studio through sales, onboarding new members, and delivering a legendary customer service experience. Performing various tasks to promote the HOTWORX brand and services in the community, including outreach to prospective members by social media, phone, text, email and engaging through local events. Achieving personal sales goals. Curating a culture within the facility that prioritizes helping members feel and look their very best. Maintaining an immaculate fitness studio with a focus on cleanliness and operational excellence. Taking ownership and accountability of their actions. With a brand-new studio, the Assistant Manager will be responsible for creating and maintaining the overall success of the studio and our membership experience!

Basic Requirements:

Prior Sales Experience required (College Degree Preferred )

FITNESS ORIENTATED PREFERRED

Customer Service:

1+ years (Preferred). Reference required. Candidates should personally lead a healthy lifestyle and have a personal passion for fitness. Our ideal candidates have a strong interest in helping others achieve a healthier lifestyle while benefiting from rewarding performance-based commissions and bonuses. Spanish speaking preferred. Must pass background check.

Compensation:

We provide substantial paid training, Certifications and support to ensure your success. Compensation includes base pay, commissions, bonuses, a free studio membership and product discounts. Position is hourly as well as commission and bonuses, so you control what you earn and maximize earning potential.

Full-time / 2 Saturday per month required

Pay :

$17-$23 /hour including incentive commissions and bonuses
