Job Description

Job DescriptionWe are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Assistant Manager to join our team at our 415 Keokuk Street location in Lincoln, United States. As an Assistant Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our store and delivering exceptional customer service.

Oversee daily store operations and manage staff during assigned shiftsInteract professionally with employees and customers to maintain a positive work environmentHandle cash management and financial responsibilities during your shiftsAnswer phone calls and take customer orders efficientlyEnsure cleanliness and organization of the storeProvide excellent customer service and resolve any issues that may ariseTrain and mentor team members to maintain high performance standardsAssist in inventory management and stock controlImplement and maintain company policies and proceduresCollaborate with the store manager to achieve sales targets and improve store performanceQualificationsProven leadership experience in a fast-paced retail or food service environmentStrong math and problem-solving skills for effective cash handling and inventory managementExcellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with customers and team membersAbility to multitask and manage time efficiently in a high-pressure environmentPhysical ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periodsProficiency in basic computer skills and point-of-sale systemsFriendly and positive attitude with a customer-first mindsetFlexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidaysHigh school diploma or equivalent; further education in business management is a plusFood safety certification or willingness to obtain upon hiringAdditional InformationAll your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
