Job Description

Job DescriptionWe're looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Assistant Manager to join our team at our Litchfield location (401 N State St). In this pivotal role, you'll play a crucial part in driving operational excellence and fostering a positive work environment. As an Assistant Manager, you'll support store leadership by managing daily operations, leading team members, and delivering exceptional customer experiences. Run shifts efficiently while maintaining high operational standards and ensuring all store procedures are followedLead, motivate, and support team members through coaching, feedback, and performance managementManage cash handling, reconciliation, and financial transactions with accuracy and transparencyInteract professionally with customers and employees, resolving concerns with empathy and decisivenessAnswer phones, take orders, and provide outstanding customer service that exceeds expectationsOversee store cleanliness, organization, and maintenance of all areasAssist with scheduling, training, and onboarding of new team membersAnalyze store performance metrics and identify opportunities for improvementHandle physical tasks including lifting up to 25 pounds regularlySupport inventory management and stock organizationCommunicate clearly with management regarding operational challenges and successesQualifications
  • Required Qualifications:
  • Friendly, diligent, and responsible demeanor with a positive attitudeStrong math and problem-solving skillsProven experience in money management and cash handlingExcellent customer service skills with a commitment to customer satisfactionDemonstrated ability to manage and supervise employees effectivelyStrong communication skills, both written and verbalOrganizational and time management abilitiesAbility to work collaboratively with team members at all levelsPhysical capability to lift up to 25 pounds regularlyReliability and consistent attendance•
Preferred Qualifications:
