This is a full time hourly position that is eligible for full time benefits and monthly bonuses. Retail Sales Store Manager - Shoe Sensation Full-Time Competitive Pay Shoe Sensation is looking for an energetic Retail Store Manager who loves talking to people, thrives in sales, and leads with confidence. Our managers treat the store like their own—driving results, building strong teams, and creating Sensational customer experiences. Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate the store team to achieve sales and service goals
- Deliver outstanding customer service from greeting to checkout
- Recruit, hire, train, and develop team members
- Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and merchandising standards
- Process freight and execute seasonal floor sets
- Create and publish weekly store schedules
- Manage daily deposits and bank runs
- Maintain proper staffing levels based on business needs
- Support community events, local partnerships, and charitable initiatives Qualifications

- Ability to work independently and lead through change
- Organized, adaptable, and comfortable with fast-paced environments
