Job DescriptionWe are seeking an Assistant Manager to join our team at our Decatur, United States location (1948 E Eldorado St.). As an Assistant Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting daily operations, leading staff, and ensuring exceptional customer service.
Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily operations and achieving business goalsLead, motivate, and train team members to maintain high performance standardsEnsure excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues promptlyManage inventory, including ordering, receiving, and stocking merchandiseCreate and adjust employee schedules to optimize staffing levelsImplement and maintain company policies and proceduresAssist in hiring, training, and developing new team membersMonitor and maintain store appearance, cleanliness, and organizationAnalyze sales data and implement strategies to improve performanceHandle cash management and financial reporting responsibilitiesQualificationsProven experience in retail or customer service, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory roleStrong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide team membersExcellent customer service skills and a customer-focused mindsetProficient in problem-solving and decision-makingOutstanding verbal and written communication abilitiesEfficient time management and organizational skillsBasic computer proficiency, including experience with POS systems and scheduling softwareHigh school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferredFlexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidaysKnowledge of retail operations and customer service best practicesExperience in staff training and development preferredAdditional InformationBENEFITSFlexible HoursCompetitive wagesEmployee discount on all food itemsAdvancement opportunitiesPaid Training
