Job DescriptionWe are seeking an energetic and dedicated Assistant Manager to join our team at our 310 South Creek Drive location in Manteno, United States. As an Assistant Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting the store manager in daily operations, team leadership, and ensuring exceptional customer service.
Assist the store manager in overseeing daily operations and maintaining store standardsLead, motivate, and train team members to achieve performance goals and provide excellent customer serviceManage staff scheduling, including creating work schedules and assigning tasksResolve customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely mannerEnsure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety regulationsAssist in inventory management, including receiving, stocking, and organizing merchandiseParticipate in hiring, training, and performance evaluations of team membersSupport loss prevention efforts and maintain store securityAnalyze sales data and implement strategies to improve store performanceFill in for the store manager when necessaryQualificationsProven experience in retail or service industry managementStrong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop team membersExcellent customer service skills and the ability to resolve conflicts effectivelyProficient in basic computer applicationsStrong organizational and time management skillsAbility to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environmentExcellent verbal and written communication skillsProblem-solving skills and the ability to make quick decisionsFlexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidaysPhysical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 poundsKnowledge of retail operations, inventory management, and loss prevention techniquesAdditional InformationBENEFITSFlexible HoursCompetitive wagesEmployee discount on all food itemsAdvancement opportunitiesPaid TrainingIncredible Bonus Structure
