Job Description

Responsibilities:
Answer phone/greet visitors Provide estimates and obtain documented authorizations Generate repair orders with customer/contact, vehicle information, and a description of issue(s)/requested service (asking relevant questions of the customer to obtain needed information) Monitor recalls, DOT inspection expirations, and file warranty claims when appropriate Diagnose jobs, order parts, track POs, monitor returns (including cores) Schedule technicians to repair orders Monitor workflow for all jobs and provide updates to customers (set realistic expectations based on scheduling/parts availability) Complete post-service inspections Convert repair orders to invoices Discuss final repairs and invoices with customers Maintain inventory
Requirements:
Knowledge of automobiles Customer service Time management (ability to be at work and ready to work by 7AM M-F) Computer skills (preferably experience with shop management software) General knowledge of repair and service procedures and specifications Ability to lift 50 pounds and work on your feet for extended periods of time

$16.00 - $30.00 per hour
