We're looking for a fired-up Assistant Manager to help lead the crew and keep our store running like a well-oiled sandwich machine.

What You'll Be Doing:

You'll work side-by-side with the owner and other managers to keep operations tight, the store spotless, and the team performing at their best. You lead by example — no shortcuts, no excuses, just good energy and 100% integrity. If you're the type who walks into a room and makes things better, we want you.

You're Our Person If You:

Are at least 18 years old Can commit to a full 20-40 hour week (exact schedule to be determined) Know your way around computers/POS (nothing fancy, just the basics) Thrive when things get hectic — fast pace is your happy place Can prioritize and stay organized without someone holding your hand Aren't afraid to speak up with ideas and feedback Heads Up on

Pay:

We'll talk numbers in the interview. If you're new to management, no worries — you'll knock out our training program first and level up from there.

More Stuff You'll Do:

Keeping service fast — especially when it's slammed Taking orders and running the register like a pro Responsibly handle cash and end of shift paperwork Building sandwiches with speed and precision Handling catering orders like a boss Keeping the store clean before, during, and after your shift Making sure every guest walks out happy Following safety and security procedures every time Showing up on time, every time Complete required tasks like slicing meats, deep cleaning, baking bread etc.

What You Bring:

Great attitude and strong customer service game Solid time management (we move fast around here) Ability to stay on your feet and lift up to 25+ lbs High school diploma or GED preferred — but not required
