Job Description

Job DescriptionWe're looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Assistant Manager to join our team at 305 W. Beaufort St. in Normal, United States. As an Assistant Manager, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our store, delivering exceptional customer service, and leading our team to success.

Oversee daily store operations and ensure efficient workflowManage and motivate team members to maintain high performance standardsHandle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionallyAssist in inventory management and stock controlEnsure compliance with company policies, food safety regulations, and quality standardsManage cash handling and financial transactions accuratelyCoordinate with other managers to implement company initiatives and promotionsAssist in training and developing new team membersMaintain a clean and organized work environmentSupport the store manager in achieving sales targets and operational goalsQualificationsProven experience in customer service, preferably in the food service or retail industryStrong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a teamExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsProficiency in basic math and problem-solvingAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneouslyDemonstrated organizational and time management skillsBasic computer skills for operating point-of-sale systems and other relevant softwarePhysical ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periodsFlexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidaysHigh school diploma or equivalent (preferred)Food safety certification (preferred)Positive attitude and commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences
