Job DescriptionDomino's Pizza in Normal, United States is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Assistant Manager to join our team at our 1910 E College Ave. location. As an Assistant Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the store, delivering exceptional customer service, and leading our team to success.
Oversee daily store operations, including shift management and employee supervisionEnsure high-quality customer service by interacting with customers and addressing their needsManage financial aspects, including cash handling and basic accounting tasksCoordinate and participate in food preparation, order taking, and delivery processesMaintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to food safety standardsTrain and mentor team members, fostering a positive and productive work atmosphereAssist in inventory management and supply orderingImplement and uphold company policies and proceduresCollaborate with the store manager to achieve sales targets and improve store performanceHandle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionallyEnsure compliance with health and safety regulationsQualificationsProven leadership experience in a fast-paced food service environmentExcellent customer service skills with a friendly and positive attitudeStrong math and problem-solving abilitiesEffective communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to multitask and manage time efficientlyDetail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and qualityFlexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidaysPhysical ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periodsProficiency in basic computer skills and point-of-sale systemsHigh school diploma or equivalentFood safety knowledge and certification (preferred)Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing prioritiesStrong work ethic and commitment to team successAdditional Information$15-$17 an hourAll your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
