  • Full-time As a Retail Store Manager in our Toys R Us store, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations and ensuring the overall success of the store.
You will lead a team of at least 20 amazing associates, drive sales, and provide excellent customer service. Duties Manage and supervise store staff, including training and scheduling Monitor inventory levels and order products as needed Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures Drive sales through effective merchandising and promotional strategies Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints Implement marketing initiatives to increase foot traffic and sales Requirements Honest

Proven experience in retail management, preferably in a Big Box store setting Proficiency in POS systems and cash handling procedures Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Ability to manage shifts effectively and prioritize tasks Training will start at Chicago premium outlets and will be concluded at Harlem Irving Plaza mall. There is a two week intensive training and on boarding process. 100% availability is required.
