Key Job Responsibilities:

Mentor and coach team on product knowledge, client service and retail sales objectives. Track sales objectives and create business plan to obtain goals Manage and execute all YSL Beauté customer events held at store Communicate frequently with YSL Beauté Corporate Sales teams Be a YSL Beauté makeup, skincare and fragrance expert, while staying current on the latest beauty trends Demonstrate products on clients and make recommendations Develop strong relationships with established clients with regular communication, including invites to promotional events Attend a National and Regional Beauty Summit, which includes a review of pillar products, presentations of new products and advance artistry and selling skills.

Training, Learning and Development:

All new Yves Saint Laurent team members are enrolled in a three-day brand training (luxury service, makeup, skincare and fragrance) before starting position. The career path of the YSL Beauty Business Manager has the potential for retail management or advanced makeup artistry positions, as well as corporate job opportunities.

Job Qualifications:

Must have a high school degree or equivalent Must have 2 years of customer service management experience. Retail cosmetic/fragrance sales experience preferred. Manage cleaning, re-stocking and moving boxes as part of display maintenance. Ability to work a flexible schedule, possibly including nights, weekends and/or holidays (dependent on staffing needs.) The position is employed by one of our retail partners on behalf of the YSL Beauté brand.
