Job Description Join our team at Domino's Pizza in Ottawa, United States, as an Assistant Manager at our 200 East Norris location! We're looking for a dynamic and customer-focused individual to help lead our store operations and drive success. Oversee daily store operations, ensuring smooth functioning and excellent customer service Manage and motivate team members, fostering a positive work environment Run shifts efficiently, including opening and closing procedures Handle cash management and financial transactions accurately Assist in inventory management and supply ordering Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly Maintain store cleanliness and adherence to food safety standards Participate in food preparation and delivery processes as needed Collaborate with the store manager to implement company policies and achieve performance goals Train and develop new team members Assist in scheduling and payroll management Qualifications Proven experience in food service or retail management preferred Strong leadership and team management skills Excellent customer service orientation with a friendly and positive attitude Proficiency in cash handling and basic math skills Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills Flexible availability to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays Physical ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periods Effective problem-solving and decision-making abilities Basic computer skills for operating point-of-sale systems and other store technology Food safety knowledge or willingness to obtain certification High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
