Job DescriptionJoin our team at Domino's Pizza in Ottawa, United States, as an Assistant Manager at our 200 East Norris location! We're looking for a dynamic and customer-focused individual to help lead our store operations and drive success.

Oversee daily store operations, ensuring smooth functioning and excellent customer serviceManage and motivate team members, fostering a positive work environmentRun shifts efficiently, including opening and closing proceduresHandle cash management and financial transactions accuratelyAssist in inventory management and supply orderingRespond to customer inquiries and resolve issues promptlyMaintain store cleanliness and adherence to food safety standardsParticipate in food preparation and delivery processes as neededCollaborate with the store manager to implement company policies and achieve performance goalsTrain and develop new team membersAssist in scheduling and payroll managementQualificationsProven experience in food service or retail management preferredStrong leadership and team management skillsExcellent customer service orientation with a friendly and positive attitudeProficiency in cash handling and basic math skillsAbility to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environmentDetail-oriented with strong organizational skillsFlexible availability to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidaysPhysical ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periodsEffective problem-solving and decision-making abilitiesBasic computer skills for operating point-of-sale systems and other store technologyFood safety knowledge or willingness to obtain certificationHigh school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
