Leadership Responsibilities:

Learn all aspects of store operations and leadership Help lead and develop store teams Support hiring, onboarding, and employee training Assist with scheduling, inventory, merchandising, and daily operations Learn how to manage financial performance and drive store results Deliver excellent customer service and help create a positive store culture Lead by example and support team success

What We're Looking For:

Leadership experience in retail, food service, hospitality, or a related field preferred Strong communication and people skills Organized and able to manage multiple priorities Positive attitude and willingness to learn Comfortable making decisions and solving problems Team-oriented leader who leads by example High school diploma or GED required Retail management experience is a plus, but we're willing to train the right person At Beck's, we believe in developing leaders from within.
