The Detail Manager oversees and helps with the detailing and car wash operations, ensuring high-quality services, managing the team, and maintaining inventory while also acting as a liaison between departments.

PAY IS BASED ON EXPERIENCE AND BEGINS AT

$19 to $22 AN

HOUR. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Prompt efficient cleaning of assigned vehicles in a timely manner. Assist in license plate transfers and filling the vehicles up with gasoline. Manage detail employees. Inventory for the detail department.

QUALITIES FOR SUCCESS

Must possess a valid IL driver's license with an acceptable driving record. Past detail management experience. Reliable and able to communicate well and take direction from several people. Professional, clean appearance. Able to drive a manual transmission. "The sure way to miss success is to miss the opportunity."

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

The compensation for the Detail Manager begins between $19 to $22 an hour and depends upon experience. Incentive Programs and/or bonuses for qualifying positions. We have a solid and stable reputation
