You will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the activities of the Parts Department. The current Parts Department Manager is planning to retire, training would occur from current Manager as retirement goes into place. Responsibilities Track monthly results and trends for business forecasting Track monthly results to ensure department goals are being met Resolve escalated customer complaints Work with technicians and service department to resource correct parts for vehicles Price parts accordingly onto Service Repair Orders and Parts Invoices Work with Parts Advisor to ensure: department is staffed for hours of business, inventory is accurate, and the department exceeds all expectations Learn dealership software and how to modernize Parts Department operations Qualifications Previous experience in retail, customer service, or other related fields Previous experience in Parts Department Management Previous experience in having an inventory be extremely accurate and up to date Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Excellent written and communication skills Strong leadership qualities About Us Pearl Autos is a small business in Peotone, IL 60468.
