Are you passionate about providing an AMAZING Customer Experience? Do you have a friendly and outgoing demeanor? Are you ready to lead a dynamic team and drive sales for top brands like Weber, Traeger, Stihl, and EGO? If so, Ziegler's Ace Hardware is looking for you! This position will must have daytime, evening and weekend availability.

Drive Sales:
Motivate your team to achieve sales goals with our best brand products. Create a

Ensure a professional, safe, and welcoming atmosphere for both customers and associates.
Personalized Customer Service:
Proactively assist customers with personalized, customized service to make their experience amazing every time.
Efficient Operations:
Oversee receiving, stocking, and pricing of merchandise.
Maintain Excellence:
Ensure the sales floor, stock room, and outdoor merchandise area are clean, orderly, and well-maintained.
