Dogtopia of South Elgin is hiring a Manager in Training (MIT) to develop into a Shift Leader within our dog daycare, boarding, and spa business. We're looking for high-potential individuals ready to step into leadership and prove they can run a shift. What You'll Do Supervise dogs in a safe, structured open-play environment Support daily operations across daycare, boarding, and spa Provide strong customer service to pet parents Assist with front desk operations and daily scheduling Maintain cleanliness, safety, and operational standards Work alongside and help guide team members and Canine Coaches Take on leadership responsibilities as you progress The Opportunity Structured training across all roles

Timeline:
