We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Store Manager to lead our expanding network of cannabis dispensaries across the States. As the face of our brand, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the customer experience while driving operational excellence across multiple locations. As a Senior Store Manager , you will oversee the strategic growth and day-to-day operations. Your leadership will be instrumental in fostering a cohesive and high-performing team, displaying CBD Kratom brand loyalty, and enhancing the customer journey. Completing routine tasks:

The job entails long periods of standing, lifting and moving merchandise up to 15 lbs and occasionally lifting or moving merchandise up to 60 lbs. The job also entails cleaning and organizing store displays, storage areas and restrooms, and includes stooping, bending, reaching, and twisting.

ABOUT YOU

Ability to achieve and exceed sales and productivity goals while guiding sales associates to realize their sales potential. A Store Leader who enjoys interacting with customers and is committed to helping them choose the right products, as well as making recommendations based on your overall product knowledge and understanding of their needs.
