Your responsibilities will include:

Supporting the Store in daily operations, including opening and closing procedures. Leading and motivating the team to provide outstanding customer service. Assisting with inventory management, ordering supplies, and maintaining stock levels. Ensuring adherence to company policies and standards, including cleanliness and safety protocols. Training and coaching team members to achieve their best performance. Help manage the store social media and marketing.
