A Retail Associate Manager assists the manager at a retail store, either an independent business or a store that is part of a large retail chain. Supervises sales associates and retail store operations. Reviews and monitors merchandise sales, inventory and prices, and directs advertising and promotions. May prepare work schedules and hire, train and evaluate sales associates. May supervise warehouse, cleaning, maintenance or security staff. Assists with resolving customer complaints.

Job Description

Must be customer service oriented with a hands-on work ethic and have the ability to multitask.

Duties include:

Stocking & Cashiering, Ordering/Inventory Control, Hiring, Scheduling, and General Administrative Duties Must have Grocery/Retail experience and be able to operate a pallet jack. No forklift training required. •Applying candidates with the desire to move up into a Store Manager role with additional pay and bonus packages are encouraged for this position!
