Recruit, interview, and onboard new team members to build a high-performing retail staff. Develop and implement sales strategies, promotional activities, and merchandising plans to maximize revenue. Manage employee schedules, shift assignments, and payroll processing to ensure smooth daily operations. Oversee inventory control, stock replenishment, purchasing, and pricing strategies to optimize product availability. Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations, and cash handling procedures. Provide ongoing training and development opportunities for staff to enhance their skills and performance. Requirements Proven management experience within the retail industry, including supervising teams and managing store operations. Strong skills in negotiation, sales management, and customer service excellence. Experience with POS systems, inventory management software, and basic bookkeeping practices. Excellent communication skills in multiple languages or bilingual abilities are preferred. Demonstrated ability to handle cash handling, payroll processing, and operational budgeting effectively. Knowledge of retail math, merchandising techniques, pricing strategies, and inventory control methods. Ability to lead with confidence through managerial communication, team management, and operational oversight. Previous experience in grocery stores or wireless sales is advantageous but not required.
