We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Parts Counterman Assistant Manager to help lead our growing Parts Department while delivering exceptional service to both internal and external customers. What We Offer Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401(k) Savings Plan Basic Life Insurance Accident & Critical Illness Insurance Employee Discounts on Products & Services Flexible Scheduling Work-Life Balance Career Advancement Opportunities Ongoing Training & Development Responsibilities Assist in overseeing daily operations of the Parts Department Support and lead Parts Counter staff to ensure excellent customer service and productivity Manage the parts sales process from start to finish for retail and wholesale customers Work closely with the Parts Manager to maintain inventory levels and source unavailable parts Process and track special order requests accurately and efficiently Communicate with customers regarding order status, availability, and delivery timelines Maintain strong relationships with service technicians, vendors, and customers Ensure department organization, cleanliness, and compliance with company standards Follow all company safety policies and procedures Understand and comply with federal, state, and local regulations applicable to the automotive industry Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent required Previous automotive parts experience required Leadership or supervisory experience preferred Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills Ability to multitask and perform efficiently in a fast-paced environment Professional appearance and strong work ethic Detail-oriented with excellent customer service skills Experience with dealership management systems is a plus Physical Requirements Prolonged periods of sitting, standing, and working on a computer Ability to lift up to 15 pounds as needed Looking to grow your automotive career with a company that values its employees and promotes from within?
