Store Manager

Duties Lead and supervise store staff, including hiring, training, coaching, and evaluating performance to foster a high-performing team. Oversee daily store operations, ensuring smooth functioning of sales floor activities, cash handling, and POS (Point of Sale) systems. Manage inventory control, including stock replenishment, ordering purchasing supplies, and conducting regular stock audits to minimize shrinkage. Develop and implement merchandising strategies to optimize product placement and enhance store presentation. Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints efficiently, and ensure an outstanding shopping experience. Coordinate shift schedules, monitor sales performance, and adjust staffing as needed to meet business demands. Skills Proven management experience with a strong background in retail sales and store operations. Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate teams and build positive relationships with customers. Demonstrated leadership in supervising staff through training & development initiatives and performance evaluations.
