LIQGO SHIFT SUPERVISOR JOB DESCRIPTION
LiqGo Shift Supervisor Responsibilities:
The LiqGo Shift Supervisor is responsible for supervising the shifts performance and managing tasks in a practical and objective manner during an assigned shift. The LiqGo Shift Supervisor maintains a safe and secure environment for all associates. The LiqGo Shift Supervisor reports directly to the Store Manager. LiqGo Shift Supervisor duties will include, but are not limited to:Greet all customersMake sales transactions quickly and accuratelyMaintain stock and inventory using available tools and resourcesComplete shift reports and account for inventory during vendor check-insTreat customers and co-workers in a friendly, courteous mannerComplete shift sheets and account for Cigarette & Lottery inventory Maintain general appearance and cleanliness of store premisesPossess the ability to merchandise and keep recordsMaintain a safe and secure environment for all customers and employeesLead, train, motivate and develop team membersCreate positive store culture by treating employees fair and with respect
