Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Retail Manager at our Zionsville store location. As a Retail Store Manager you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our Pet Store. Your main objective will be to ensure that the store runs smoothly and efficiently, while providing excellent customer service to our valued customers. You will be expected to lead by example and maintain a positive work environment for all employees.
Minimum Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in retail management Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills Excellent customer service experience. A passion for caring for animals
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in managing a large retail store Experience working in a Pet Store Environment Bilingual in
English and Spanish Responsibilities:
Manage and oversee the daily operations of stores. Ensure that the store is properly staffed and all employees are trained and performing their duties effectively Maintain a clean and organized store environment Provide excellent customer service to all customers Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure that the store is properly stocked at all times
Skills:
As a Retail Store Manager, you will utilize your strong leadership and communication skills to effectively manage and motivate a team of employees. Your problem-solving and decision-making skills will be put to the test as you navigate the daily challenges of running a retail store. Your ability to multitask and prioritize tasks will be essential in ensuring that the store runs smoothly and efficiently. Additionally, your knowledge of inventory management and customer service will be utilized to provide an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. Finally, your experience in a Pet Store retail management environment will be invaluable in ensuring the success of our Stores.
