Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and resourceful Interim Manager to lead our team through a transitional period with energy and confidence. This role is ideal for an experienced leader who thrives in fast-paced environments, excels at team management, and has a strong background in retail or service operations. As an Interim Manager, you will oversee daily store operations, ensure excellent customer service, maintain operational efficiency, and support staff development. Your proactive approach will help sustain business continuity and foster a positive work environment during this critical phase. This role requires flexibility to travel between multiple locations in Texas, Colorado, and Kansas. Transportation will be provided or mileage reimbursed. Duties Lead daily store operations while ensuring compliance with company policies Train, develop, and support employees to build a strong, motivated team Manage inventory, merchandising, and pricing to maximize sales Recruit, interview, and onboard new team members Oversee payroll, bookkeeping, cash handling, and POS systems Drive sales performance and maintain high customer service standards Support marketing initiatives and in-store promotions Manage scheduling, employee supervision, and shift coverage Monitor budgeting, inventory control, purchasing, and safety procedures Communicate effectively with staff, vendors, and customers Qualifications Management experience in retail or similar customer-focused environments Skills in recruiting, interviewing, training, and employee development Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus Knowledge of retail math, sales tracking, budgeting, and inventory control Experience with POS systems, cash handling, payroll, and store operations Strong organizational and time management skills Proven leadership and team-building abilities Previous assistant manager or supervisory experience preferred Restaurant or food industry management experience preferred Strong communication and customer service skills Benefits Employee discount Health insurance Paid time off Application Question(s): Will you be able to travel to TX, KS, and CO with short notice?
