Job Description
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of sales representatives to achieve regional business objectives.
- Manage assigned retail and wholesale accounts while executing strategic business plans.
- Drive product distribution, merchandising excellence, promotional execution, and product freshness standards.
- Analyze market, sales, and customer data to identify growth opportunities and develop action plans.
- Ensure effective routing, call coverage, and execution across the territory.
- Monitor business performance, communicate goals, and implement corrective strategies when needed.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Business Development and Strategic/Key Account Managers.
- Support recruiting, onboarding, performance management, and development planning for team members.
- Maintain accurate reporting of retail and account metrics.
- Foster a culture of integrity, accountability, collaboration, and high performance. Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- 3-5+ years of experience in retail sales, wholesale grocery, route sales, or related fields.
- Proven leadership, coaching, planning, organizational, and team management skills.
- Strong communication, presentation, and analytical abilities.
- Experience using Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook), Salesforce, syndicated data, and sales analytics tools.
- Fluent in English and legally authorized to work in the United States.
