EXPERIENCED LEAD COLLISION ESTIMATOR/AST MANAGER

•$5000 Sign on Bonus Dream Collision Center is growing, and we are looking for a proven Collision Estimator who knows how to write, sell, and manage repairs. This is NOT an entry-level position. We are looking for someone who understands the collision business, knows how to maximize every legitimate repair opportunity, communicates well with customers and insurance companies, and can keep vehicles moving through production. If you are an experienced estimator who is tired of being underpaid, underappreciated, or stuck in a shop with no opportunity to grow, we want to talk to you.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Proven collision estimating experience Strong knowledge of collision repair procedures Experience working with insurance companies and adjusters Ability to write accurate, complete estimates and supplements Strong understanding of OEM repair procedures Excellent customer communication skills Ability to identify all necessary repair operations—not just what is visible on the surface Strong follow-up and organizational skills Ability to handle a high-volume environment CCC ONE or similar estimating software experience preferred
YOUR JOB
You will be responsible for owning the repair process from the initial estimate through delivery.
That means:
Write complete and profitable repair estimates Perform thorough vehicle damage inspections Document damage properly with photos and supporting information Write and negotiate supplements Communicate directly with insurance carriers Keep customers updated throughout the repair Work closely with technicians, painters, parts, and production management Make sure repair plans are complete BEFORE vehicles get deep into production Help eliminate delays, missed operations, and unnecessary comebacks Maintain strong CSI and customer satisfaction Help drive gross profit, cycle time, and overall shop performance

REQUIREMENTS
Minimum 3+ years collision estimating experience preferred. Applicants with a strong track record of production, gross profit, customer satisfaction, and insurance-company relationships will receive priority consideration. A valid driver's license and acceptable driving record are required.
