What You'll Be Doing As our Evening Key Holder and Manager, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the success of our store during evening shifts.

Your responsibilities will include:

Closing the store with confidence and ensuring all security protocols are followed. Overseeing evening operations to maintain a smooth workflow and exceptional customer service. Leading and supporting the team , ensuring everyone is motivated and working efficiently. Decorating cookies to our high-quality standards on weekend days when needed—your creativity will shine here! Handling cash and transactions , ensuring accuracy and accountability. Maintaining a clean and organized environment , adhering to health and safety regulations. What We're Looking For We're seeking someone who is reliable, creative, and has a knack for leadership. To thrive in this role, you'll need: At least 1 year of experience , preferably in a similar role. Prior butter creme decorating experience —this is a must! We need someone who can bring artistry and attention to detail to our cookies. Strong organizational and multitasking skills to keep operations running smoothly.
