Full-time We are hiring an experienced Store Manager for a convenience store/gas station in Scott City . The Store Manager will be responsible for daily store operations, staff supervision, customer service, inventory control, cash handling, and maintaining company standards.

Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day store operations Supervise, train, and schedule employees Ensure excellent customer service at all times Monitor inventory, ordering, and product availability Handle cash, deposits, and daily paperwork Maintain store cleanliness and safety standards Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures Control labor hours, expenses, and store performance Resolve customer and employee concerns professionally

Requirements:

Previous convenience store, gas station, or retail management experience preferred Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to manage employees and daily operations Basic computer and POS knowledge Must be reliable, responsible, and organized Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
