Responsibilities include:

Lead by example while working front counter, make line, landing, prep, and closing stations Provide leadership on the floor by keeping the team organized, motivated, and productive during every shift Support the Shift Manager with daily operations and shift execution Coach, train, and mentor new team members to ensure consistent performance Help maintain speed of service, food quality, cleanliness, and customer satisfaction Monitor food quality, food safety, and sanitation standards Complete daily and weekly inventory counts Manage food orders, stocking, and product organization Handle bank runs and assist with cash accountability procedures Keep the team focused and efficient during busy rush periods Ensure company policies, operational procedures, and food safety standards are followed Jump into any station whenever the team needs support

Preferred Qualifications:

Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license (must have access to a vehicle) Ability to read, understand, and support daily store operations Strong attendance and reliability Excellent communication and leadership skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Positive attitude with a willingness to coach and support others Restaurant or leadership experience is preferred but not required—we provide paid leadership training for the right candidate.

From $15.00 per hour Expected hours: 30.0 - 40.0 per week
