Liquor Store Assistant Manager

Overview We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Liquor Store Assistant Manager to join our team. This role offers an opportunity to help manage and oversee an outstanding shopping experience for our customers. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a be self starter who leads by example. It does require a person with strong work ethic who arrives on time an does not miss work. Duties Oversee daily sales and smooth and efficient functioning throughout shifts Handle cash transactions accurately, including cashiering, cash handling, and POS (Point of Sale) system operations Coordinate marketing efforts to promote store specials, new products, and community engagement Conduct regular store inspections to maintain cleanliness, organization, and compliance with safety standards Ensure excellent phone etiquette and communication with customers and vendors Qualifications Proven experience in retail sales within a convienant or liquor retail environment Strong leadership skills with previous assistant manager or supervisory experience Proficiency in inventory management systems, POS technology, and retail math Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively Knowledge of merchandising, pricing strategies, and marketing techniques Exceptional communication skills with a focus on customer service excellence Demonstrated time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently Join our team as a Liquor Store Assistant Manager to help lead our store towards continued success while fostering a positive shopping environment. Pay:

$15.00 - $19.00 per hour
