Retail Operations Manager

• Run day-to-day store operations and keep things moving smoothly
• Deliver an exceptional experience to every customer who walks through the door
• Lead and support your team, set the tone, hold the standard
• Process shipments across UPS, FedEx, DHL, and USPS accurately and efficiently
• Manage cash, inventory, and daily reporting
• Identify ways to grow the store and serve the community better
• Show up with energy, integrity, and a willingness to learn Experience We're not looking for a perfect resume.
