Assistant Manager Responsibilities:

Ensure company policies are followed Control costs to optimize profits Hire, train, and develop new employees Resolve customer issues and ensure satisfaction Provide leadership and direction to all employees Maintain product quality and availability Prepare and present employee reviews Work closely with the store manager to lead staff Assist customers as needed Ensure health, safety, and security rules are followed Take disciplinary action when necessary Complete tasks assigned by the general manager accurately Maintain store standards, including stocking and cleaning
