The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and management, with a focus on enhancing customer relations. As the Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team, accountability of customer service, and ensuring that the store runs efficiently while maintaining and executing Abell & Son's policies and procedures. Duties
  • Lead and motivate team to achieve sales for both equipment, parts and service targets and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Multi-tasking within departments and able to fill the void when needed.
  • Manage daily operations including employees, equipment inventory, parts inventory, service department and customer relations.
  • Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and professional growth.
  • Reports weekly to Management about sales, service, parts challenges, and opportunities. Skills
  • Proven experience in management or similar environment.
  • High School Diplomas or GED required, A Degree in business or Agriculture related field preferred, but not necessary.
  • Strong leadership abilities with Sales experience desired.
  • Ability to use applications such as Microsoft Office, Internet functions, Dealer Programs, etc.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a customer-focused mindset.
