Job Description
Overview We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Store Director to lead our retail team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales management, training development, and customer service. If you are a motivated leader with a passion for driving sales and providing exceptional customer experiences, we want to hear from you! Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of store operations including sales, customer service, and employee management
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed store targets
- Train, coach, and mentor staff to ensure high performance levels
- Negotiate with vendors to secure favorable pricing and terms
- Conduct employee orientation sessions and ongoing training programs
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure proper stock management
- Maintain store appearance and merchandising standards
- Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling, payroll, and reporting
- Provide excellent customer service by resolving issues and inquiries promptly Requirements
- Proven experience in retail sales management
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in cash handling procedures
- Knowledge of phone etiquette and customer service best practices
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Prior experience in administrative tasks is a plus
