GLO Resources is currently hiring a detail-oriented C-Store / Truck Stop Operations Supervisor for a full-time position supporting multiple locations in Gonzales, LA within a 30 mile radius. The pay rate is between $72,000-$130,000 annually , depending on experience. The schedule is Monday-Friday with an average of 50+ hours per week, and must be available 24/7 by phone for operational issues and emergencies as needed . This is a fast-paced, hands-on operational leadership role where accountability, consistency, and strong communication are essential.
Position Summary:
This is a high-responsibility, fast-paced operations management role overseeing convenience store and truck stop locations. The C-Store / Truck Stop Operations Supervisor is responsible for ensuring all company standards and procedures are consistently followed across assigned sites, including customer service expectations, cleanliness of interior and exterior facilities, food quality standards in deli operations, payroll and labor control, and overall store performance. This role requires strong attention to detail, the ability to manage multiple locations, and consistent communication with management regarding operational issues, incidents, and performance concerns. The ideal candidate is highly dependable, solutions-oriented, and able to respond quickly to urgent operational needs at any time.
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure all company policies and operational procedures are consistently followed across all assigned locations. Oversee customer service standards to ensure all customers are treated professionally and according to company expectations. Monitor and maintain cleanliness standards for both interior and exterior areas of stores and truck stop facilities. Ensure deli food quality standards are met and maintained at all times. Manage and monitor payroll budgets while keeping overtime expenses to a minimum. Enforce employee dress code compliance and overall workplace presentation standards. Oversee merchandise ordering, receiving, and proper inventory check-in procedures. Communicate operational issues, incidents, and concerns to management in a timely and accurate manner. Travel to assigned locations and office as needed to support operations and ensure compliance. Remain available 24/7 by phone to respond to urgent operational issues or emergencies. May be assigned other duties as necessary.
Qualifications:
Experience in retail operations, convenience store management, truck stop operations, or multi-site supervision is required. Strong leadership experience with the ability to manage teams and enforce company standards. Proven ability to manage labor costs, payroll budgets, and operational efficiency. Strong communication skills with the ability to interact with employees, customers, and management professionally. Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and manage multiple locations in a fast-paced environment. Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on accountability and operational compliance. Valid driver's license required. Must be able to respond to operational issues outside of normal business hours. Valid Drivers License Willing to submit to an MVR. Business casual attire
Physical Requirements:
This position involves regular physical activity, including: Standing and walking for prolonged periods while visiting store locations. Frequent bending, kneeling, and crouching while inspecting store conditions and operations. Occasional pushing and pulling of equipment or store materials. Lifting and carrying up to 20 pounds as needed.
