With over fifty locations across seven states, we are seeking a motivated individual to become a part of our team as a Fire Extinguisher Department Manager. Key Responsibilities Leadership & Team Management Hire, train, lead, and supervise Fire Extinguisher Department personnel. Provide ongoing coaching, development, and performance feedback to team members. Maintain a positive, professional, and safety-focused work environment. Work closely with co-workers and other departments to ensure effective communication and teamwork. Hold team members accountable for quality, productivity, safety, and customer service expectations. Operations & Scheduling Develop and manage the Fire Extinguisher Department's service schedule. Manage daily field operations and ensure service commitments are met. Ensure all customers are invoiced after service. Successfully complete and oversee required NFPA Fire Extinguisher Technician certifications . Review, evaluate, and continuously improve department processes. Maintain accurate department records and documentation. Ensure vehicles, equipment, and work areas are properly maintained, organized, and clean. Manage the Fire Extinguisher Department's inventory and supply needs. Customer Service & Business Development Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external customers. Address customer concerns promptly and work toward effective resolutions. Identify opportunities to increase department sales, productivity, and customer retention. Support the department's overall sales and productivity goals. Qualifications & Skills Previous leadership or management experience; experience in fire protection, fire extinguishers, or a related service industry is preferred. Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Strong customer-service mindset with the ability to build lasting professional relationships. Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy. Comfortable learning and using inspection, scheduling, and business software. Ability to analyze department performance and identify opportunities for improvement. Valid driver's license. Ability to pass a background check and drug test. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds. Willingness to obtain and maintain required industry certifications. Ability to work independently while effectively collaborating with management and team members. Why Join Our Team?
