New Orleans, LA - On-Site About the Job Our client, a rapidly growing contemporary lifestyle brand known for its elevated customer experience and highly engaged community, is seeking a Store Manager to lead a new retail location. This individual will be responsible for driving sales performance, developing a high-performing team, and ensuring operational excellence while delivering a best-in-class client experience. Key Responsibilities
Lead all aspects of daily store operations, ensuring exceptional customer service and strong business performance
Drive sales growth through team leadership, client engagement, and strategic business planning
Analyze store performance and key business metrics to identify opportunities and implement action plans
Build and maintain strong customer relationships through clienteling and retention initiatives
Partner with cross-functional teams to support store objectives and brand initiatives
Oversee inventory management, visual presentation, scheduling, payroll, and operational processes
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and operational standards
Recruit, develop, coach, and retain a high-performing store team
Foster a positive, collaborative culture focused on accountability, growth, and customer satisfaction Qualifications
7+ years of retail leadership experience, preferably within fashion, lifestyle, or specialty retail environments
Proven success leading teams and driving sales performance in a customer-focused setting
Strong experience with client development, customer retention, and relationship building
Demonstrated ability to analyze business trends and make data-driven decisions
Excellent leadership, communication, and team development skills
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Flexibility to work a retail schedule, including weekends and holidays
