An Assistant Retail Store Manager provides support to the Manager of a retail store, either an independent business or a store that is part of a large retail chain. May have primary responsibility for hiring and training retail sales staff. Reviews and monitors merchandise sales, inventory and prices, and directs advertising and promotions. Supervises sales, warehouse, cleaning, maintenance and security staff and prepares work schedules. Responsible for resolving customer complaints.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Uphold and represent RPM and Domino's brand standards.
- Lead shifts in a high-volume environment to meet service, quality, and cleanliness goals.
- Train, coach, and develop Team Members to achieve performance expectations.
- Support scheduling, labor management, attendance, and punctuality.
- Maintain store safety, food safety, and sanitation standards.
- Resolve customer and Team Member concerns with a sense of ownership.
- Operate all store equipment, including ovens and food preparation tools.
- Demonstrate effective time management and multi-tasking skills.
- Maintain a positive, fun, and engaging environment for Customers and Team Members.
- Support inventory, ordering, and organizational processes.
- Implement marketing and operational initiatives.
- Partner with the General Manager to achieve store performance goals.
- Work a schedule based on business needs, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications:
QualificationsQUALIFICATIONS
- Must be 18 years of age or older, 21 to drive.
- Successful completion of required RPM training (e.g., Freshman class).
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive, outgoing, and team-oriented attitude.
- Ability to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Food Safety Certification as required by local regulations.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS / WORKING CONDITIONS
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods on tiled surfaces.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds; occasional lifting up to 50 pounds with assistance.
- Frequent bending, reaching, and stretching; occasional crouching and climbing.
- Ability to work at stations 36"-48" high and reach shelves up to 72".
- Operate standard kitchen equipment and office tools.
- For delivery roles: ability to drive and navigate within the designated delivery area.
