Job Description

It's Fashion is seeking a Full Time Assistant Manager to join it's team in Thibodaux, LA. At It's Fashion, we believe a woman shouldn't have to spend a lot of money to feel confident and beautiful. Responsibilities:
Assist in directing the objectives for the entire store including staffing/personnel management, merchandising, expense control, sales generation/customer service, loss prevention, planning and forecasting.
Qualifications:
Two years of retail store management experience required. Multi-store management experience preferred.
