This is a senior leadership role responsible for managing all day-to-day operations, driving workflow efficiency, and ensuring the highest standards in customer service and repair quality. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership, energy, and a proven ability to manage teams and processes in a fast-paced collision repair environment. You will oversee the entire operation, from front office to production, while working closely with customers, insurance partners, and staff to ensure seamless execution and exceptional results.Key Responsibilities:
Oversee all daily operations of the collision center, including office and production workflow Lead, mentor, and manage staff across departments Ensure efficient scheduling, job flow, and on-time delivery of repairs Oversee or write repair estimates and supplements Communicate and negotiate with insurance companies and appraisers Maintain high standards for repair quality, safety, and customer satisfaction Monitor performance metrics, productivity, and profitability Implement process improvements to maximize efficiency and growthQualifications:
Massachusetts Auto Damage Appraiser License (required) Extensive knowledge of collision repair processes and industry standards Proven leadership experience managing a high-volume collision center Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills Proficiency with estimating and shop management software We offer an excellent compensation and benefits package for the right candidate.Job Type:
